站台雨棚管桁架结构端腹杆边界条件研究

摘  要:空间管桁架结构广泛应用于高铁站站台雨棚、航站楼、体育馆、会展中心等大型公共建筑。桁架端腹杆与钢管柱相贯焊接是一种常见的连接方式,其中端腹杆的约束假定是设计计算经常面临的关键问题。本文首先通过ANSYS对空间管桁架结构5个不同位置腹杆的11种截面类型进行有限元分析,得到各个腹杆的次正应力比与线刚度比及杆件壁厚的关系,比较三种判别准则,说明以长径比或线刚度比为判断准则均不合理;此外,通过比较某高铁站站台雨棚屋盖结构的柱头铰接及柱头刚接模型中端腹杆的次正应力比,说明直接相贯焊接到钢柱上的端腹杆,应以刚接模型考虑次弯矩的影响。Space tubular truss is widely used in large-scale public buildings,such as railway station canopies,airport terminals,gymnasiums and exhibition centers.It is general joint that web members of space truss are directly welded to steel columns.In this case,the constraint assumption of the web members plays a key role in structure analysis.In this paper,the finite element analysis of 11 section types of web members in five different positions of space tubular truss structure is carried out by ANSYS,and the relationship between the secondary normal stress ratio of each web member and the linear stiffness ratio and the wall thickness of the member is obtained.By comparing three judging criteria,it is shown that the length diameter ratio or the linear stiffness ratio is not reasonable to be used as judging criteria.In addition,by comparing the secondary normal stress ratio of the end web members in the hinged and rigid connection models of a high-speed railway station platform canopy structure,it indicates that the influence of the secondary moment should be considered in the rigid connection model for the end web members directly welded to the steel column.
