摘  要:为研究高原高寒地区大体积混凝土防开裂措施,指导工程实践,开展了相关的试验研究,并结合有限元分析手段,给出了可靠的施工建议。研究结果表明:混凝土水化热抑制剂能够有效地降低混凝土内部水化热温度,但对表面温度影响较小,有一定的防开裂效果,但水化热抑制剂对混凝土性能有一定的影响;高原高寒地区冬季大体积混凝土施工的关键在于外保温,采用挤塑式聚苯乙烯板(XPS保温板)是非常有效的措施,实际工程中保温层厚度应不低于8 cm;试验研究成果成功应用于实际工程,取得了较好的效果;水化热温度场的模拟计算还应考虑除环境温度外的其他环境因素,如太阳辐射、风速、风向和湿度等,上述因素对大体积混凝土是否开裂有重要影响,在以后的分析中应充分考虑。In order to study the anti-cracking measures of mass concrete in the high and cold area of the plateau and for the convenience of engineering application,a series of experimental studies were carried out and parameter analysis was studied as well by using FEM method in this paper.Finally,reliable construction suggestions were proposed.The results show that hydration heat inhibitors of concrete can effectively reduce the internal temperature of the mass concrete.However,it has little effect on the surface temperature of the mass concrete and has some effect on the concrete performances.The key to the construction of the mass concrete in winter in the high and cold areas of the plateau lies in external insulation,and XPS insulation board is a very effective measure.The key to the mass concrete construction in the alpine region in winter lies in external insulation.XPS insulation board is a very effective measure and the best insulation layer thickness should not be less than 8 cm.The experimental results had good effect on the practical projects.The simulation calculation should consider other environmental factors besides the ambient temperature,such as solar radiation,wind speed,wind direction and humidity,etc.,which have an important influence on the cracking of the mass concrete,and they should be considered in the subsequent analysis.
