摘  要:光周期敏感性差异是影响玉米在不同光长条件下是否能够正常开花结实的重要因子之一。分析比较不同光照条件下热带玉米光敏型与光钝型自交系基因表达差异,能够为解析玉米光周期敏感性变异的分子机制提供更丰富的科学依据。本研究以光钝感自交系QR273和光敏感自交系T32为材料,通过人工控制光照长度分别对其进行长短日照处理,利用RNA-Seq技术对九叶期的基因组表达差异进行分析。结果表明,不同光照条件能够影响昼夜节律和应答辐射相关基因的表达,其中昼夜节律相关基因在不同光照条件下的表达量均呈极显著性差异。结合材料的光周期反应情况,不同光照长度条件下,影响玉米光反应差异的主要调控途径为GI-CO-FT,初步揭示了热带玉米种质光周期诱导开花的分子调控基础。Photoperiod sensitivity response i s one of the important factors, which can affect whether flowering time of maize under different light lengths. It is important to analysis genome expression differences between tropical maize photoperiod sensitive and photoperiod insensitive inbred under different light conditions, which can provide more scientific proofs for understanding the molecular mechanism of photoperiod sensitive variation. In this paper, light insensitive inbred line of QR273 and light sensitive inbred line of T32 were used as materials, and were planted under different light length conditions, then the genomic expression difference at the stage of nine leaves was analyzed by using RNA-Seq method. Results showed that there were significant differences in the expression of genes related to circadian rhythm and radiation response under different light conditions, wherein circadian rhythm related genes showed significantly differentially expressed. Combined with the materials’ experimental lighting responsing, it was found that GI-CO-FT played major role during maize flowering. The molecular basis of photoperiod induced flowering of tropical maize germplasm was preliminarily elucidated.
