摘 要:为获得高加索三叶草转录组特征,对高加索三叶草的根茎系统进行三代转录组测序,检测到79424条Unigene,序列总长为167351.88 kb,进一步分析得到48235个SSR位点,平均3.47 kb出现一个SSR。高加索三叶草转录组的SSR类型丰富,其中单核苷酸和三核苷酸重复SSR数量最多,分别占SSR总数的45.8%和22.6%,其次是复杂SSR序列占比为15.2%、二核苷酸重复占比为12.8%、四核苷酸重复占比为2.1%、六核苷酸重复占比为0.9%和五核苷酸重复占比为0.6%。本研究对高加索三叶草转录组数据SSR位点信息进行分析,为三叶草属种质资源鉴定和分子标记辅助育种提供更多的标记资源。To order to obtain the transcriptome information characteristics of Trifolium ambiguum, for three generations of the transcriptome sequencing Trifolium ambiguum, showed that the total length of 79 424 Unigene, sequences was 167 351.88 kb, and 48 235 SSR loci were obtained by further analysis, with an average of one SSR in3.47 kb. The transcriptional group of Trifolium ambiguum is rich in SSR types, in which the number of single nucleotide and trinucleotide repeat SSR is the largest, accounting for 45.8% and 22.6% of the total SSR, the following sequences were complex SSR(15.2%), dinucleotide repeat(12.8%), tetraducleotide repeat(2.1%), hexnucleotide repeat(0.9%) and pentucleotide repeat(0.6%). In this study, the SSR locus information of Caucasian clover transcriptome data was analyzed to provide more marker resources for the identification of clover germplasm resources and molecular marker-assisted breeding.
