摘 要:为深入了解亲本杂交之后子代花粉的形态变化规律,本研究以粗皮桉等6个树种的亲本及其杂交子代花粉为研究对象,分析亲本在杂交之后子代花粉形态变化规律。结果表明,杂交子代花粉各性状遵守遗传规律,子代赤道面长、宽介于父母本之间,但萌发沟长、宽并不是都介于父母本之间;亲本和子代花粉性状除了萌发沟深度外,其他性状数据均表现出极显著差异。基于5个花粉形态数据的聚类分析,6个树种分为3组,亲本和子代大多位于不同组,只有粗皮桉和尾粗桉关系相对较近。子代的花粉外壁纹饰类型介于父本和母本之间,但母本对外壁纹饰的影响更明显。本研究发现可通过调整杂交策略以控制某个亲本在子代中的作用,研究结果对桉树杂交育种有一定的参考价值。In order to understand the law of pollen morphological changes of the offspring after the parentsal hybridization. We studied the pollen morphology of 6 species, including Eucalyptus pellita, other parents and their hybrids, analyzed the change rule in pollen morphology of the offspring after hybridizing. The results showed that the pollen traits of the offspring follow the genetic law, equatorial length and width were between the parents.However, colpus length and width were not all between the parents. In addition to the colpus depth of parents and offspring, the differences in other pollen traits data were extremely significant. Based on the cluster analysis of 5 morphological data, 6 tree species were divided into 3 groups, most of the parents and offspring were in different groups, only Eucalyptus pellita and Eucalyptus urophylla×Eucalyptus pellita were relatively close. The pollen exine pattern of offspring were also between the parents, but the influence of the the female parent on the exine pattern was more obvious. This study found that the role of a parent in the offspring can be controlled by adjusting the hybridization strategy. The findings had certain reference value for Eucalyptus hybrid breeding.
