摘  要:本研究在控制水肥条件下,以不同抗旱性的14份陆地棉为材料,通过测定现蕾期叶片的SPAD值、光合叶绿素荧光参数、吐絮期产量、分析光合叶绿素荧光参数与产量品质间的相关性,筛选出与抗旱性密切相关的指标。结果表明,陆地棉18k0205的蒸腾速率(T_(r))、气孔导度(G_(s))、光合速率(P_(n))、光系统Ⅱ有效量子产量Φ_(PSII)和田间产量均高于其他陆地棉材料,而18K0319的纤维长度和断裂比强度均高于其他材料,这两个材料可作为优异抗旱种质资源进行育种实践。14份材料的光合叶绿素荧光参数与产量品质间的相关性分析表明,净光合速率(P_(n))与衣分呈显著负相关,水分利用效率(WUE)与纤维长度呈显著正相关,与马克隆值呈显著负相关。光系统Ⅱ的有效量子产量Φ_(PSII)与衣分呈显著负相关。灰色关联度分析表明,产量与F_(v)/F_(m)、SPAD、单铃重紧密关联,关联系数0.85以上;纤维长度与WUE、F_(v)/F_(m)、F_(m)、SPAD紧密关联,关联系数0.90以上;衣分与SPAD、单铃重、F_(v)/F_(m)紧密关联,关联系数0.88以上;纤维断裂比强度与SPAD、qP、Φ_(PSII)紧密关联,关联系数0.89以上;马克隆值与F_(v)/F_(m)、Φ_(PSII)、C_(i)紧密关联,关联系数0.87以上。研究结果表明陆地棉产量及纤维品质性状与F_(v)/F_(m)、SPAD、单铃重、Φ_(PSII)等重要性状紧密关联,上述研究结果为棉花抗旱种质资源筛选和鉴定提供一定的参考依据。In this study,14 upland cotton cultivars with different drought resistance were used under the condition of water and fertilizer control.The SPAD value,photosynthetic chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and yield during spitting period were tested.The correlation analysis between photosynthetic chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and yield,fiber quality,the indexes closely related to drought resistance were screened and used for drought resistance evaluation.The results showed the maximum value of transpiration rate(T_(r)),stomatal conductance(G_(s)),photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),photosystemⅡeffective quantum yield(Φ_(PSII)),and field yield of 18k0205 among 14 upland cotton materials and the 18K0319 has the best performance of cashmere length and fiber breakage strength and can be used as an excellent drought-resistant germplasm resource inbreeding practice.The correlation analysis of 14 materials showed,net photosynthetic rate(Pn)had significant negative correlation with lint percentage.The water use efficiency(WUE)had negative correlation with the Micronaire.The effective quantum yieldΦ_(PSII)had negative correlation lint percentage.Grey correlation analysis showed that;the yield was closely related to F_(v)/F_(m),SPAD and single bell weight and the correlation coefficient was above 0.85;fiber length was closely related to WUE,F_(v)/F_(m),F_(m),SPAD,and the correlation coefficient was above 0.90;lint percentage was closely related to SPAD,single bell weight and F_(v)/F_(m),correlation coefficient was above 0.88;specific breaking strength was closely related to SPAD,q P,Φ_(PSII)and the correlation coefficient was above 0.89.Micronaire was closely related to F_(v)/F_(m),Φ_(PSII),C_(i),and the correlation coefficient was above 0.87.The results showed that the yield and fiber quality traits of upland cotton were closely related to the important traits such as F_(v)/F_(m),SPAD,single boll weight andΦ_(PSII).The above results can provide a theoretical basis for screening and identification of drought resistant ge
