摘  要:LED光质对矾根再生体系建立及其品质特性有着非常重要的影响。本研究采用两步消毒法建立矾根再生体系,测定不同LED光质下矾根丛生苗生长指标、增殖系数、光合色素含量、碳氮代谢产物、抗氧化酶系统含量等。丛生苗生长指标和增殖系数结果显示,单一比例的红光或蓝光对矾根再生体系的建立不利,而当红光与蓝光比例为3∶1时,矾根再生体系的建立具有显著效果;光合色素含量测定结果显示,单一蓝光中矾根再生苗中光合色素含量最高,随着红光的加入,光合色素含量会逐渐降低;碳氮代谢产物含量测定结果显示,单一比例的红光或蓝光对矾根再生体系中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的合成不利,而当红光与蓝光比例为3∶1时,矾根再生体系中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白合成最多;抗氧化酶系统结果显示,当红光与蓝光比例为3∶1时,矾根再生体系中MDA、SOD、CAT含量最为适宜。总之,当红光与蓝光比例为3∶1时,矾根再生体系品质最佳。The light quality of LED has a very important influence on the establishment of Heuchera regeneration system and its quality characteristics. The study used a two-step disinfection method to establish Heuchera regeneration system, and determine the growth index, multiplication coefficient, photosynthetic pigment content,carbon and nitrogen metabolites, antioxidant enzyme system, etc. of Heuchera cluster seedlings under different LED light quality. The results of cluster seedling growth index and multiplication coefficient showed that a single ratio of red light or blue light is not good for the establishment of Heuchera regeneration system, and when the ratio of red light to blue light is 3 ∶1, the establishment of Heuchera regeneration system is significant effect;the results of the determination of photosynthetic pigment content show that the content of photosynthetic pigment in alumroot cluster seedlings in a single blue light is the highest. With the addition of red light, the content of photosynthetic pigment will gradually decrease;the determination results of carbon and nitrogen metabolites content show A single ratio of red or blue light is not good for the synthesis of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the Heuchera regeneration system. When the ratio of red light to blue light is 3∶1, the synthesis of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the Heuchera regeneration system is the most;the results of the antioxidant enzyme system show that when the ratio of red light to blue light is 3∶1, the content of MDA, SOD, and CAT in the Heuchera regeneration system is the most appropriate. In conclusion, when the ratio of red light to blue light is 3:1, the quality of Heuchera regeneration system is the best.
