‘沪油3301’的选育、配合力分析及其适宜种植密度

摘  要:为选育株型紧凑且携带显性核不育恢复基因的油菜新品种,本研究以株型紧凑的纯合两型系为母本,通过连续自交与株系定向筛选,获得株型紧凑、粒重和含油量较高的甘蓝型油菜显性核不育恢复系‘沪油3301’。为研究新恢复系所配组合产量优势,本试验以2个全不育系为母本,另选2个恢复系为对照,配置6个组合,比较分析其主要农艺性状,结果表明,‘沪油3301’所配2个杂交组合具有明显的产量优势。为探索种植密度对‘沪油3301’的主要农艺性状和产量的影响,设置5个种植密度(12.0×10^(4), 16.0×10^(4), 21.3×10^(4), 26.7×10^(4)和33.3×10^(4)株/hm^(2)),结果表明,随着种植密度增加,单株角果数、单株产量和生物产量降低,而小区实收产量先增后降,在26.7×10^(4)株/hm^(2)密度下达到峰值,约2 183.2 kg/hm^(2)。In order to breed the compact new rapeseed line contain dominant genic male sterile restorer gene. One homozygous two-type line with plant compact was selected as female parent. Dominant male sterile restorer line’Huyou3301’ with compact plant-type, high seeds weight and oil-content through continuous self cross and strain directional screening. To study the heterosis of seed yield from the cross of the new restorer, two complete sterile lines as female parent, and two restorer lines as male control were selected to generate 6 hybrids to compare their major agronomics. The results showed that two hybrids of ’Huyou3301’ had significant superiority in yield. To explore the effect of plant density on main agronomic and yield of ’Huyou3301’, five plant densities(12.0 ×10^(4),16.0 ×10^(4), 21.3 ×10^(4), 26.7 ×10^(4)and 33.3 ×10^(4)plants/hm^(2)) were designed. With the increase of plant density, the effective pod number per plant, plant yield, and biological yield of per plant were decreased, but the field plot yields were first increase and then decrease and yields peaked about 2 183.2 kg/hm^(2)at plant density of 26.7×10^(4)plants/hm^(2).
