针灸除皱的现状分析

摘　　要：皱纹的出现直接象征着皮肤的老化,防治皱纹已然成为美容医学的热点。现代医学多采用激光、射频、肉毒素注射等疗法消除皱纹,这些方法多有不良反应。针灸疗法在防治皱纹方面有较好疗效。本文通过整理文献,总结与分析目前针灸治疗皱纹的现状,具体包括疗法种类、针具的选择及具体操作等,以期为临床医生在应用针灸疗法治疗皱纹时提供一定的参考,并为针灸疗法除皱的后续研究及规范化进程提供指导。The appearance of wrinkles means the aging of the skin.With the increasing number of people seeking beauty,the prevention and treatment of wrinkles has become a hot spot in cosmetic medicine.The laser,radio frequency,botulinum toxin injection were widely used to eliminate wrinkle in modern medicine therapy with the more intractable adverse reaction appearing.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with the whole concept,dialectical characteristics for treatment of this disease has been obtained a better effect.The holistic therapy for treatment of wrinkles in modern,including the selection of type,needle therapy and the specific operation and so on,were summarized and analyzed in this paper to offer some guiding and references for further research and standard treatment.
