摘　　要：目的:编制一份适用于评价手术室护士对连台手术之间手术室高频接触物体表面清洁与消毒知-信-行问卷,并检测其信、效度。方法:在《医疗机构环境表面清洁与消毒规范》及《手术室护理实践指南(2020版)》基础上,检索国外相关文献及指南,基于知-信-行理论,小组讨论后形成条目池,经过专家咨询和预调查形成问卷的第一版,然后对268名手术室护士正式调查,以检验该问卷的信度和效度。结果:问卷包含知识、态度和行为3个维度,共22个条目,各维度I-CVI分别为:0.818、0.800、0.875,各条目S-CVI为0.800~1.000;整体问卷Cronbach'sα系数为0.837;KMO检验值为0.851,Bartlett球形鉴定P<0.00,提取6个公因子后,累计解释总变异的65.135%。结论:该问卷具有一定信、效度,可作为手术室护士关于连台手术间手术室高频接触物体表面清洁与消毒知-信-行现状调查的评估工具。Objective:A questionnaire was developed to evaluate the knowledge,reliability,and validity of the cleaning and disinfection of high﹣touch surface in operating room between operations.Methods:According to the rule of environmental surface cleaning and disinfection norms of medical institution and operating room nursing practice guide(2020 edition),as well as the foreign literature and guidelines,the first questionnaire was formed based on the theory of knowledge-letter-line item pool after groups discussion and experts consultation.268 nurses of operating room were investigated.Results:22 items,including knowledge,attitude and behavior dimensions were collected.The relevant parameter,such as I-CVI of each dimension and S-CVI of each item were obtained.After extracting 6 common factors,65.135%of the total variation was explained.Conclusions:The questionnaire has certain reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool in this field.
