摘　　要：异常子宫出血是指来源于宫腔的非正常出血,郑惠芳教授擅长以中医药诊治本病,认为脾肾亏虚、气血不调、冲任不固为其病机关键,将证型辨为脾虚、肾阴虚、肾阳虚、血瘀四种,分别采用补气摄血法、益阴固涩止血法、温肾止血调经法、活血祛瘀止血法进行施治,处方用药颇具温补特色,同时强调在澄源的基础上塞流,血止后复旧固本。通过列举郑教授治疗青春期、生育期、绝经过渡期等不同时期异常子宫出血相关验案,分析其辨治思路与用药特色,总结经验。Abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)refers to abnormal blood coming from uterine.Professor ZHENG Huifang was good at using traditional Chinese medicine to diagnose and treat AUB.She held that the key for the disease mechanism involves deficiency of spleen and kidney,disharmony of qi and blood,insecurity of thoroughfare and conception vessels.She classified the syndromes of AUB into four categories,spleen deficiency,kidney yin deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,blood stasis,and treated with tonifying qi and consolidating blood,benefiting yin and astringing to stop bleeding,warming kidney and stop bleeding to regulate menstruation;and activating blood and relieving blood to stop blood,respectively.Her formulas were characterized by warm tonifying,and emphasized blocking bleeding based on clearing origin,restoring root after stopping blood.The cases by Professor ZHENG Huifang on treating AUB in different periods such as puberty,reproductive period,menopausal transition period were listed,and the syndrome differentiation thought and characteristics of medication were analyzed to summarize the experience.
