基于经方配伍规律探讨袁红霞金石类药物之妙用

摘　　要：金石类药物质重、性寒、味涩,药专力宏,广泛应用于临床。袁红霞教授临证善用经方,尤善将金石类药物应用于经方之中灵活配伍,认为其质重能平惊降逆调其升降,性寒能清泻郁火适其寒热,味涩能收敛固涩合其性用,如此整方则升降相因、寒热并用、散敛相得。Mineral medicinals are heavy in quality,cold in property,astringent in flavor,with strong effect,and are widely used in clinic.Professor YUAN Hongxia is good at applying classical formulas clinically,especially using mineral medicinals with flexible modification.She holds that such medicinals are heavy in quality to tranquilize and descend adverse qi,so as to regulate ascending and descending,are cold in properties to clear and purge depressed heat so as to regulate cold and heat,and are astringent in flavors to astringe and consolidate,so as to achieve the function.Therefore,the formulas are balanced in ascending and descending,mixed in cold and heat,and harmonized in dispersing and astringing.
