金哲诊治卵巢储备功能下降经验

摘　　要：金哲教授认为卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)的基本病机为肾精不足、冲任虚衰,证属虚中夹实;在诊疗过程中形成了分期论治、分年龄论治、善用药膳、结合西医等治疗方法;以“益肾填精,养心安神”为大法,重视调节心脑促成正常月经周期的形成,强调“养”与“促”的关系;同时佐以养血活血、通经活络、疏肝理气等治法,并于遣方用药时注重结合药理学研究。经辨治,有效缓解了DOR给患者带来的月经不调、闭经、生殖能力低下造成的不孕等困扰,提高了辅助生殖技术的成功率。Professor JIN Zhe holds that the primary disease mechanism of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is insufficient kidney essence,and deficient thoroughfare and conception vessels,which is deficiency mixed with excess.In the process of diagnosis and treatment,stage treatment,age treatment,diet therapy,and combination of western medicine were established.“Reinforcing kidney and replenishing essence,nourishing heart and tranquilzing mind”are the major therapy principle and are followed.She attaches great importance to regulating the heart and brain to promote the formation of normal menstrual cycles,and emphasizes the relationship between“nourishing”and“promoting”.Supplementing and activating blood,dredging channels and activating collaterals,soothing liver and regulating qi,and other principles are also applied as supplementary methods.She also emphasizes in the prescription combining modern pharmacology research to relieve irregular menstruation,amenorrhea,and infertility due to low reproductive capacity caused by DOR for women,and increases success rate of assisted reproduction technology with good clinical effect.
