摘  要:以某一中承式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥的吊杆更换为例,介绍了吊杆更换的施工工艺,提出了相应的施工控制思路;从施工前期有限元分析、施工分级控制、施工控制指标确定等方面明确了拱桥吊杆更换中的关键技术。结果表明,通过有效的施工控制及施工监测体系,不仅确保了施工过程中桥梁结构的安全,而且更换过程中和更换完成之后的吊杆力、结构线形、结构应力都满足设计及施工监控的预期目标。所提出的施工控制思路对类似拱桥的吊杆更换具有一定的借鉴意义。Taking the suspender replacement of a half-through concrete-filled steel tube bowstring arch bridge as an example,the construction technology of suspender replacement is introduced,and the corresponding construction control ideas are proposed.The key technologies in the suspender replacement of arch bridge are specified from the aspects of the finite element analysis of pre-construction period,the classification control of construction and the determination of construction control index.The results show that the effective construction control and construction monitoring system can not only guarantee the safety of bridge structure during the construction process,but also make the suspender force,structural alignment and structural stress all meet the expected targets of design and construction monitoring during and after the replacement process.The proposed construction control ideas have certain reference significance for the suspender replacement of similar arch bridges.
