摘　　要：以上海临港新城滩涂圈围造地为例,从裸吹、多库区合龙和大堤堤基处理三个方面,对施工过程中碰到的一些技术难点、重点问题与应对措施进行了分析。同时,结合芦潮港海域的地质条件、水文条件、气象条件等方面展开论述,希望能为类似工程提供一些参考性建议。Taking the encircling land in tidal flat of Shanghai Lingang New City as an example,some technical difficulties and key problems in the construction process and the solutions are analyzed from three aspects of naked blowing,multi-reservoir closure and levee foundation treatment.At the same time,the geological conditions,hydrologic conditions and meteorological conditions of the sea area in Luchao Harbor are discussed,which can provide some reference suggestions for the similar projects.
