澳大利亚薄板屋面和墙面检测方法标准剖析

摘　　要：对澳大利亚AS 4040《薄板屋面和墙面检测方法》系列标准的规定做出分析,对其适用范围、试件要求、检测方法、结果应用等方面进行了解读。AS 4040系列标准对薄板屋面和墙面的抗集中载荷检测.非飓风地区抗风揭性能检测、飓风地区抗风揭性能检测、抗冲击性能检测等4个方面做出了具体规定。AS 4040.0对AS 4040.1、AS 4040.2.AS 4040.3检测方法标准的通用要求做出规定,AS 4040.4,AS 4040.5检测方法仅限于塑料薄板屋面和墙面,使用时应注意区分。This paper analyzes the provisions of Australian AS 4040 series standard "Testing methods for sheet roof and wall", and interprets its scope of application, specimen requirements, testing methods, result application and so on. As 4040 standards have made specific provisions on four aspects: concentrated load resistance test of sheet roof and wall, wind uplift resistance test in non-hurricane areas, wind uplift resistance test in hurricane areas, and impact resistance test. AS 4040.0 specifies the general requirements of AS 4040.1, AS 4040.2 and AS 4040.3 test method standards. AS 4040.4 and AS 4040.5 test methods are only limited to plastic sheet roof and wall, which shall be distinguished for application.
