摘 要:目的观察核黄素缺乏在大鼠30、60和90 d喂养过程中食管及宫颈组织的变化。方法80只雌性离乳SD大鼠随机按体重分为4组,第1组为正常对照组,第2组为核黄素缺乏组,第3组为甲基苄基亚硝胺+核黄素缺乏组,第4组为甲基苄基亚硝胺+核黄素缺乏补充核黄素组;每组20只。进行30、60及90 d喂养试验,每周称重。30和60 d喂养结束,每组各处死6只动物;90 d喂养结束剩余全部处死,观察一般指标体重、血常规、肝肾功能、脏器系数及食管和宫颈病理组织动态变化过程。结果30 d喂养结束,第3组动物食管组织出现1例非典型增生;60 d喂养结束,第3组动物食管组织出现非典型增生,癌前病变各1例;90 d喂养结束,第3组食管组织出现3例(3/8)非典型增生,2例(2/8)癌前病变,宫颈组织出现2例(2/8)化生;第4组动物食管组织出现2例(2/8)非典型增生,宫颈组织出现1例(1/8)化生。结论核黄素对大鼠食管及宫颈组织可能具有保护作用。Objective To observe the changes of esophageal and cervical tissues in rats fed with riboflavin deficiency for 30,60 and 90 days.Methods eighty female lactation SD rats were randomly divided into four groups according to body weight,with 20 rats in each group.The first group was normal control group;The second group was riboflavin deficient group.The third group was methyl benzyl nitrosamine+riboflavin deficiency group;The fourth group was methyl benzyl nitrosamine+riboflavin deficient supplemental riboflavin group.Feeding tests were performed at 30,60 and 90 days and weighed weekly.At the end of 30 and 60 days feeding,6 animals were killed in each group.At the end of 90 days feeding,the rest of the animals were sacrificed,and the organ coefficient of liver and kidney function and the dynamic changes of esophageal and cervical pathological tissues were observed.Results After 30 days feeding,one case of atypical hyperplasia was found in the esophagus of the third group.At the end of 60 days feeding,the third group showed one case of atypical hyperplasia and one case of precancerous lesions.At the end of 90 days feeding,there were 3 cases(3/8)of atypical hyperplasia in esophageal tissue,2 cases(2/8)of precancerous lesion,and 2 cases(2/8)of metaplasia in cervical tissue in the third group.In the fourth group,there were two cases(2/8)of atypical hyperplasia in esophageal tissue and one case(1/8)of metaplasia in cervical tissue.Conclusion Riboflavin may have protective effect on esophagus and cervical tissue in rats.
