摘  要:采用高铅渣直接还原工艺处理废弃含铅玻璃,通过响应曲面法中模型的优化设计和分析,研究直接还原过程中还原温度、还原时间以及配碳比对直接还原过程中铅回收率的影响,并通过方差分析(ANOVA)研究各个试验因子或交互作用对铅回收率的影响。最优的工艺条件为:还原温度1350℃,还原时间74.30 min,配碳比0.76,还原产物中铅回收率为96.48%;验证试验中铅回收率的实际值为96.80%,与模型预测值较一致。Treatment of discarded lead glass using direct reduction process with lead-rich slag was mainly studied by response surface methodology for optimal design and analysis.The effects of reduction temperature,reduction time and calcium-silicate ratio on the recovery rate of lead were investigated.Through analysis of variance(ANOVA),each experimental factor or interaction effect on the recovery rate of lead rate was identified.The optimal conditions were the reduction temperature of 1350℃,reduction time of 74.30 min and calcium-silicate ratio of 0.76,the recovery rate of lead in reduction products was 96.48%.The actual recovery rate of lead in the verification test was 96.80%,which was consistent with the predicted value of the model.
