摘  要:焦家金矿某巷道原采用U字钢+槽钢棚顶支护,因U字钢顶板及右帮出现不同程度冒落导致修复难度较大,针对支护区巷道冒顶破坏的原因,提出并通过试验对比,最终确定了菱形支护+发泡材料A、B配比1∶0.95充填控顶的技术方案。理论分析和现场工业试验证明,采用菱形支护+发泡材料A、B配比1∶0.95充填控顶技术有效控制了巷道顶板冒落,能够确保巷道在采动应力作用下的稳定。U-shaped steel and channel steel were used to support the roof of roadway in Jiaojia Gold Mine.It was difficult to repair due to the different degrees of caving at roof and one side using U-shaped steel.In view of the causes of roof caving failure of roadway in support area,the technical scheme of diamond support+foaming material(the ratio of foaming materials A to B is 1∶0.95)filling for roof control was put forward and finally determined through test comparison.Theoretical analysis and on-site industrial tests prove that the scheme of diamond support+foaming materials(A∶B=1∶0.95)filling for roof control effectively control the roof caving,which can ensure the stability of roadway under the action of mining stress.
