摘 要:为了探明混合浸矿细菌菌群对低品位铀矿的浸出特性及菌群分布规律,研究了用混合菌群(A.ferrooxidans、L.ferriphilum、A.thiooxidans)柱浸某低品位花岗岩型铀矿石过程中浸出液参数变化、上下层矿石钝化层的表面特性及微生物群落的分布规律。结果表明,该铀矿石经过20 d酸浸、57 d菌浸之后,铀浸出率达到82.56%左右,其中上层矿石铀浸出率比下层高约1.49%,为83.3%左右,且上层矿渣表面钝化物产生量比下层更少。菌群群落结构分析表明,浸出液中优势菌群为L.ferriphilum、A.thiooxidans、A.ferrooxidans,而上层矿石表面优势菌群为A.thiooxidans、A.ferrooxidans,下层矿石表面优势菌群为A.thiooxidans、L.ferriphilum。研究结果为混合菌群浸铀工艺的实践应用具有一定的指导意义与参考价值。In order to explore the bioleaching characteristics and bacterial community distribution of mixed leaching bacteria for low-grade uranium ore,the liquid parameters,the surface characteristics of the passivation layer in the in the upper and lower column and the bacterial community distribution were investigated in the process of column bioleaching of a low-grade of granite type uranium ore by the mixed bacterial consortium(A.ferrooxidans,L.ferriphilum and A.thiooxidans).The results show that the uranium recovery is about 82.56%in the 20 days acidic leaching and 57 days bacterial leaching.The uranium recovery in the upper column layer is about 83.3%,1.49%higher than that in the lower column layer.Moreover,the yield of the passivation substances in the upper column layer is less than that in the lower column layer.Additionally,the community structure analysis results show that the dominant species in the leaching solution are L.ferriphilum,A.thiooxidans and A.ferrooxidans,while the dominant species on ore surface in the upper column layer are A.thiooxidans,L.ferriphilum,and A.thiooxidans,A.ferrooxidans in the lower column layer.The above results would provide some valuable references for the practical application of uranium bioleaching using mixed bioleaching microorganisms.
