一例由疫苗接种引起的商品肉鸡多病原混合感染

摘　　要：为确诊山东某商品肉鸡群发病的原因,采集病死鸡的喉头、气管等组织,分别进行核酸和病原分离鉴定。结果显示,传染性喉气管炎病毒(ILTV)、传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)和禽腺病毒4型(FAd V-4)等特异性PCR均呈阳性,而新城疫病毒(NDV)、低致病性禽流感H_(9)N_(2)等均为阴性。测序结果表明,ILTV分离株(PY)与疫苗株(K317)ICP4基因的核苷酸同源性为100%;而IBV分离株(PY)与疫苗株H120、4/91 N基因的同源性分别为86.4%、86.6%,显示出较大的差异。CAM途径接种鸡胚分离出腺病毒,且对SPF鸡胚具有一定的致病性。同时,从病鸡肝脏中分离到大肠杆菌,药敏试验证实对多粘菌素B、健牧茶多酚、阿莫西林棒酸、头孢噻肟敏感,采用敏感药物治疗后取得一定的临床治疗效果。综上所述,该病是一起由疫苗接种应激而引起的多病原混合感染。In order to confirm the cause of disease and death of commercial broilers in Shandong Province,tissues from larynx,trachea,lung and liver were collected for laboratory etiological examination,such as nucleic acid detection technology and pathogen isolation.The results of PCR showed that ILTV,infectious bronchitis virus(IBV)and Avian Adenovirus serotype 4(FAdV-4)were all positive,while New castle disease(NDV)、low pathogenic avian influenza H_(9)N_(2)(H_(9)N_(2))were both negative.The sequences of ILTV and IBV isolates showed that isolates should be categorized as vaccine strains,which were 100%identical to the ICP4 nucleotides of K317 vaccine,but the homology of N gene between IBV isolate(PY)and H120、4/91(vaccine strain)were 86.4%、86.6%,respectively,which showed significant differences.The results of pathogen isolation showed that fowl adenovirus serotype 4 had certain pathogenicity to SPF chicken embryo.At the same time,a strain of E.coli was isolated from the liver,which was sensitive to Polymyxin B,Tea Polyphenols,Amoxicillin clavulanic acid,cefotaxime.Taken together,the disease is a multipathogen mixed infection caused by vaccination stress.
