摘　　要：为调查禽多杀性巴氏杆菌的流行情况,本研究从我国华东、华南和西南等区域8个省市家禽养殖场疑似禽霍乱发病群中分离出17株多杀性巴氏杆菌。血清型鉴定发现所有分离株均为荚膜A型。药敏结果显示分离株对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、头孢曲松、头孢吡肟和复方新诺明等药物敏感,对卡那霉素、四环素、庆大霉素和链霉素等药物耐药。To investigate the epidemiology of pasteurellosis,17 Pasteurella multocida strains were isolated from poultry farms from eight provinces of China in the present study.Serotype identification showed all of the 17 strains belonged to capsular type A.Drug susceptibility results showed that the isolates were sensitive to amoxicillin,ampicillin,ceftriaxone,cefepime and cotrimoxazole,and were resistance to kanamycin,tetracycline,gentamicin and streptomycin.
