裸眼3D辅助下显微输精管附睾吻合术的初步临床应用

摘　　要：目的:随着3D技术的发展,裸眼3D技术在外科手术的应用逐渐增多。本文对祼眼3D辅助下的显微输精管附睾吻合术在男科领域的初步应用进行探索。方法:2019年7月收治的3例由生殖道感染引起附睾梗阻的无精症患者,接受祼眼3D辅助下显微输精管附睾吻合术。对该3例患者的术中吻合效果﹑手术时间和安全性进行初步评估。结果:祼眼3D辅助下显微输精管附睾吻合的手术效果可以和显微纵行套叠输精管附睾吻合术(LIVE)相媲美,但手术时间稍长。术后没有发现严重的不良反应和并发症。结论:对于熟练和具有丰富经验的LIVE术者实施祼眼3D辅助下显微输精管附睾吻合术,初步的经验表明这种手术方法是可行的和安全的,但有一定的学习和适应曲线。有待行进一步的多中心和大样本的临床研究评价其效果和安全性。Objective:The application of naked eye three-dimension(3D)in surgery is increasing with the de-velopment of 3Dtechnology.Here we explore the primary application of naked eye 3Dassisted longitudinal intus-susception vasoepididymostomy(LIVE)in andrology.Methods:Three azoospermia patients with epididymal ob-struction due to genital tract infection were admitted in July 2019,and they received naked eye 3Dassisted LIVE.The efficacy,time and safety of operation in these 3patients were preliminarily evaluated.Results:Naked eye 3D assisted LIVE is comparable to LIVE,but lasted a little longer.No complications were found after the operation.Conclusion:Naked eye 3Dassisted LIVE is feasible and safe for skilled and experienced LIVE surgeons,but it re-quires learning and adaptation time.Further multicenter and large sample clinical studies are needed to evaluate the efficacy and safety.
