摘　　要：在聚氯乙烯糊树脂生产中,为防止乳化剂加料时积料,设计了合理的气力输送速度,并采取了一系列助流活化措施。介绍了空气助流器、气体扰动装置和机械振动破拱装置在乳化剂加料工艺中的具体应用。In order to prevent material accumulation during emulsifier feeding in the production of PVC paste resin,a reasonable pneumatic conveying speed was designed,and a series of flow aid activation measures were taken.The specific applications of air flowing aid,gas disturbance device and mechanical vibration arch breaking device in emulsifier feeding process were introduced.
