摘　　要：目的了解聊城市疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生特征,评价AEFI监测系统运转情况和疫苗的安全性。方法通过中国AEFI监测管理系统,收集聊城市2018~2020年AEFI个案数据,采用描述性方法对系统进行评价,对AEFI病例进行流行病学分析。结果2018~2020年聊城市累计报告AEFI个案4688例,县(市、区)覆盖率、48h报告率、48h调查率均为100.00%;一般反应占99.38%,异常反应占0.45%(21例)。男女性别比为1.34∶1;≤1岁儿童占72.82%。国家免疫规划(NIP)疫苗占82.55%;94.16%发生在接种后≤1d;报告例数居前三位的疫苗分别是无细胞百白破疫苗(1515例)、乙脑减毒活疫苗(589例)和麻腮风疫苗(326例)。全市疫苗AEFI总体报告发生率为70.14/10万剂。结论2018~2020年聊城市AEFI监测系统运转良好,敏感性和监测质量稳步推进。Objective To understand the features of adverse vents following immunization(AEFI)in Liaocheng city,and evaluate the implementation of AEFI system.Methods The data of AEFI cases in Liaocheng city during 2018-2020 were collected through China AEFI Monitoring and Management System,and the system was evaluated using descriptive method,and the epidemiological analysis of AEFI cases was conducted.Results A total of 4688 cases were reported each year in the 8 districts of the city during 2018-2020.Reporting rate and investigation rate within 48 hours were both100.00%.99.38%of cases were minor vaccine reaction,while 0.45%(21 cases)were rare and serious vaccine reaction.The sex ratio of males to females was 1.34:1,and 72.82%of cases were children under 1 year old.National Immunization Program(NIP)vaccine took up 82.55%.94.16%of cases occurred≤1 day after vaccination.The top 3 reported vaccines were DPT(1515 cases),JEV(589 cases)and MMR(326 cases).The overall reporting rate of AEFI in the whole city was 70.14/105 doses.Conclusion From 2018 to 2020,the AEFI monitoring system in Liaocheng city operated well,and the sensitivity and monitoring quality were steadily advanced.
