摘  要:目的了解包头市市售水产品中副溶血性弧菌(vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)的带菌率,并对其毒力基因、耐药性、分子分型等病原学特征进行分析。方法 2018—2019年共采集市售水产品160份,分离培养获得VP,荧光定量PCR测定毒力基因、微量肉汤稀释法测定抗生素敏感性、脉冲场凝胶电泳进行分子分型。结果 160份市售水产品中共检出VP 43株,海水、淡水、地产淡水产品检出率分别为20.62%、36.51%、33.33%,本地产水产品与外地产水产品检出率无统计学差异(χ2=0.069,P>0.05);43株VP thl基因的携带率为100%,1株携带tdh基因;仅有12株VP对全部22种抗生素敏感,主要耐药性表现在头孢噻肟(51.16%)、氨苄西林(46.51%),1株细菌最高耐受11种抗生素并发现2株碳青霉烯类药物耐药菌;43株VP分为39个PFGE型别,相似度1.9%~100%,无明显优势型别条带。结论包头市市售水产品中存在VP污染,本地产与其他地区来源的水产品污染程度相当;VP对β内酰胺类抗生素耐药程度高,PFGE型别呈多态性。后续应持续对水产中VP污染的监测,重视多耐药的发生及耐药谱的改变,加强爆发菌株及相关患者的溯源工作。Objective To understand the carriage rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP) in Baotou commercially available aquatic products and analyze its virulence genes,drug resistance,molecular typing and other pathogenic characteristics.Methods A total of 160 commercially available aquatic products were collected in 2018-2019,and VP was obtained by isolation and culture,with determination of virulence genes by fluorescence quantitative PCR,antibiotic susceptibility by micro-broth dilution method,and molecular typing by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis.Results A total of 43 strains of VP were detected in 160 commercially available aquatic products,and the detection rates were 20.62%,36.51% and 33.33% for seawater,freshwater and real estate freshwater products,respectively,with no statistical difference between the detection rates of locally produced aquatic products and real estate aquatic products(χ2=0.069,P>0.05);the carriage rate of 43 strains of VP thl gene was 100% and one strain carried tdh gene.Only 12 strains of VP were sensitive to all 22 antibiotics,with the main resistance manifested in cefotaxime(51.16%) and ampicillin(46.51%),and one strain of bacteria was resistant to a maximum of 11 antibiotics and two carbapenem-resistant strains were found;43 strains of VP were divided into 39 PFGE types,with similarity of 1.9% to 100% and no obvious dominant type bands.Conclusion There is VP contamination in aquatic products sold in Baotou,and the degree of contamination in aquatic products from local production and other regions is comparable.VP has a high degree of resistance to β-lactam antibiotics,and the PFGE type is polymorphic.Subsequent monitoring of VP contamination in aquatic products should be continued,attention should be paid to the occurrence of multi-drug resistance and changes in the resistance spectrum,and the traceability of outbreak strains and related patients should be strengthened.
