摘  要:丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(SerpinE2)是丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂超家族中的一员,由多种细胞分泌,可作用于多种蛋白酶、蛋白激酶及参与调控细胞信号通路。SerpinE2在血液凝结、免疫反应、纤溶、血管生成、炎症和肿瘤等一系列生理病理过程中发挥着重要作用。本文主要介绍SerpinE2通过细胞内吞作用参与调控多种细胞信号通路的机制及其最新研究进展。Protease connexin-1(Serine protease inhibitor E2,SerpinE2)is a member of the serine protease inhibitor superfamily and is secreted by various cells which can effect on a variety of proteases,protein kinases and cell signaling pathways.SerpinE2 plays an important role in a series of physiological and pathological processes such as blood clotting,immune response,fibrinolysis,angiogenesis,inflammation and tumor suppression.This article mainly introduces the new mechanism and progress of SerpinE2 induced in regulating a variety of cellular signaling pathways through the cell endocytosis pathway.
