摘 要:采用微波耦合Fe^(0)/H_(2)O_(2)(MW—Fe^(0)/H_(2)O_(2))工艺调理剩余污泥,探究其对污泥破解性能的影响。运用以响应曲面法(RSM)为依据的Box-Behnken设计,以pH值、微波能量(W)、H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(0)值为影响因素,建立污泥破解率(DD)和MLVSS/MLSS值的预测模型,以实现对工艺参数的优化。结果表明,当初始pH值为2、W为450 kJ/L、H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(0)值为3时,污泥氧化破解程度达到最佳,此时DD的响应值为(32.42±0.30)%,MLVSS/MLSS的响应值为(23.12±0.47)%,与模型预测结果吻合较好。结合污泥粒径测定结果和扫描电镜观察结果可知,该工艺可使污泥颗粒显著减小,污泥絮体结构破坏完全,从而提高污泥破解程度。The microwave coupled with Fe^(0)/H_(2)O_(2)(MW-Fe^(0)/H_(2)O_(2))process was applied to condition the excess sludge,and its effect on the disintegration performance of the sludge was investigated.The Box-Behnken design based on response surface methodology(RSM)was applied to establish the prediction models of sludge disintegration degree(DD)and MLVSS/MLSS ratio with pH,microwave energy(W)and H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(0) ratio as the influencing factors,so as to realize the optimization of the process parameters.When the initial pH was 2,microwave energy was 450 kJ/L and H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(0) ratio was 3,the disintegration degree of the sludge was the best.Under these conditions,the response value of DD and MLVSS/MLSS were(32.42±0.30)%and(23.12±0.47)%respectively,which were in good agreement with the predicted values of the model.According to the measurement results of sludge particle size and the observation results of scanning electron microscope,the process could significantly reduce the sludge particle size and completely destroy the structure of the sludge flocs,so as to improve the sludge disintegration degree.
