摘  要:本试验设置不同浓度NaCl(0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%、1.4%),通过测定种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽长、胚根长等指标,研究盐胁迫对5种菊科植物种子萌发的影响。结果表明:在NaCl胁迫下,向日葵、波斯菊种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数表现出先高后低的趋势;松果菊、金盏菊、地被菊种子随NaCl浓度的升高,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均呈下降趋势。波斯菊胚芽、胚根的生长表现出"低促高抑"的现象;地被菊、金盏菊、松果菊种子随NaCl浓度的升高,胚芽、胚根的生长均呈下降趋势。利用隶属函数法对5种菊科植物种子的耐盐性进行综合评价,其耐盐性由强到弱依次为向日葵、地被菊、波斯菊、松果菊、金盏菊。Different concentrations of NaCl solutions(0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%,1.4%) were set to study their influences on seed germination of 5 species of Compositae through analyzing germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, embryo length and radicle length. The results showed that under NaCl stress, the germination rate, germination index and vigor index of Helianthus annuus L. and Cosmos bipinnata Cav. seeds showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, while Echinacea purpurea(Linn.) Moench, Calendula officinalis L. and Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. showed decreasing trends in germination rate, germination vigor, germination index and vitality index with the increase of NaCl concentration. The growth of embryo and radicle of Cosmos bipinnata showed the phenomenon of promoting at low concentration but inhibition at high concentration. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the growth of embryo and radicle of Echinacea purpurea, Calendula officinalis and Chrysanthemum morifolium showed downward trends. The membership function was used to comprehensively evaluate the salt resistance of the 5 species of Compositae, and their salt tolerance showed as Helianthus annuus>Chrysanthemum morifolium>Cosmos bipinnata>Echinacea purpurea>Calendula officinalis.
