摘 要:为解决绣球种苗快速繁殖的问题,本试验以8个引进绣球品种为试材,研究了粗草炭、细草炭、河沙3种基质及是否使用生根粉对其扦插繁殖的影响。结果显示,不同扦插条件对绣球品种生根及成活影响不一,具体表现为:(1)在不使用生根粉且不考虑品种差异的情况下,绣球在河沙中的扦插生根率和成活率均达到了70%以上,显著高于其他两种基质;其他两种基质中的生根率和成活率间没有显著差异。(2)在生根粉处理的1 200个插穗中,共计798个生根,933个成活,生根率和成活率分别为66.50%和77.75%,分别比对照组提高17.75、15.75个百分点。(3)综合基质、生根粉两种因素,‘爆米花’‘史欧尼’在河沙基质中的生根率与成活率最高,均可达92.0%~100.0%。In order to solve the problem of rapid propagation of Hydrangea macrophyllas seedlings, eight introduced varieties were used as test materials to study the effects of coarse peat, fine peat and river sand with or without rooting powder on their cutting propagation. The results were as follows:(1)The rooting rate and survival rate of H. macrophyllas in river sand reached more than 70% under no rooting powder and not considering variety differences, which were significantly higher than those in the other two substrates. There was no significant difference in rooting rate and survival rate between the other two substrates.(2)Among the 1 200 cuttings treated with rooting powder, 798 cuttings rooted and 933 cuttings survived, so the rooting rate and survival rate were 66.50% and 77.75% respectively, which were 17.75 and 15.75 percentage points higher than those of the control.(3)Combined with the two factors of substrates and rooting powder, the rooting rate and survival rate of ‘Popcorn’ and ‘Sweeney’ in river sand were the highest, and both reached 92.0%~100.0%.
