摘  要:皮革印染废水具有产生量大、有机污染物种类多、色度深、物理化学性质复杂等特点,属较难处理的工业废水之一。以增城市仙村镇某棉纺织造有限公司印染厂废水为研究对象,选择常用的无机混凝剂硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝、硫酸亚铁、三氯化铁、硫酸铝铁、聚合氯化铝铁以及自主研制的生物脱色剂,在最优pH值及投药量环境下,进行混凝实验。最后通过比较污泥密度和体积、色度及化学需氧量(COD)的去除率、絮状物沉降速率,明确混凝条件和不同混凝剂的优劣。Leather printing and dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of large volume,high concentration of organic pollutants,deep color,large alkalinity,large variation of water quality,complex composition and so on.It is one of the most diffi cult industrial wastewater to treat.Taking the wastewater from a printing and dyeing factory of Xiancun Cotton Textile Co.,Ltd.,Zengcheng City as the research object,choosing aluminium sulphate and polyaluminium chloride,ferrous sulfate,ferric chloride,aluminium sulphate,polyaluminium chloride iron and biological decolorizers and by coagulation experiments,this article compares the removal rate of COD and chromaticity,average fl oc sedimentation rate,the volume of sludge and density under the condition of the optimal pH value and dosage and fi nally selects the best effect of reagents and coagulation conditions.
