摘  要:利用生物过滤塔和生物滴滤塔对乙醇、乙酸乙酯、甲苯、二氯甲烷气体在不同进气浓度、不同气体停留时间的条件下进行处理。根据实验数据可得,VOCs废气的生物法处理效果可通过可生化性指标进行预判,有机物的BOD5/COD值越高,处理效果越好。对于水溶性较差的VOCs,在较高浓度的进气条件下,生物过滤塔的性能明显优于生物滴滤塔。而这种差异性在较低浓度进气条件下,对于水溶性较好或较差的VOCs来说,都不是很明显。The gas of ethanol,ethyl acetate,toluene and dichloromethane were treated by biofi lter and biotrickling fi lter in the condition of different inlet concentration and different gas residence times.According to the experiment data,the treatment effect of VOCs exhaust by bioreactor can be predicted by the biodegradability index.The higher the BOD5/COD value of organic compound is,the better the treatment effect will be.For the poorly water-solublility VOCs,the performance of the biofi lter is signifi cantly better than that of the biotrickling fi lter in the condition of a higher concentration of inlet waste gas.However,this difference is not very obvious for VOCs with better or poorer water-solubility in the condition of lower concentration of inlet waste gas.
