摘　　要：本文论述了目前铝型材阳极氧化工艺的清洁生产重点及行业现状中存在的问题,并提出对应的清洁生产方案,提倡开展原辅材料替代、工艺改进、中水回用等措施,实现铝型材行业的可持续性发展,达到“节能、降耗、减污、增效”的目的。This paper discusses the key points of cleaner production in the anodizing process of aluminum profi le and the problems existing in the current situation of the industry,puts forward the corresponding cleaner production scheme,advocates the replacement of raw and auxiliary materials,process improvement and reclaimed water reuse,so as to realize the sustainable development of aluminum profi le industry and achieve the purpose of“energy saving,consumption reduction,pollution reduction and effi ciency increase”.
