摘　　要：某600 MW超超临界机组空预器为三分仓容克式,空预器主轴垂直布置。空预器型号为31.5-VI(T)-2000-SMR,转子重量为500 t。空预器支承轴承为内置式,型号为TIMKEN294/670EM,承受传热元件所有旋转部件的静重和由压差所引起的径向载荷,并把负载传到空预器的支撑结构上,这种轴承具有调心作用。空预器运行期间支承轴承处发出清脆锤击声,异响频率为10~16声/圈,空预器转动频率为1圈/min。文章通过解体检查,寻求新的检修工艺方法,详细介绍空预器支承轴承处异响原因及解决方法。The air preheater of a 600 MW ultra supercritical thermal power plant is a three compartment Junker type,full-mode double closed fan-shaped silo structure,the main shaft of the air preheater is arranged vertically,and the flue gas and air exchange heat in a countercurrent manner.The model of air preheater is 31.5-VI(T)-2000-SMR,the rotor diameter is 13010mm,the height is 2.67M and the weight is 500 t.The support bearing of the air preheater is built-in,with the model of TIMKEN 294/670EM.It bears the static weight of all rotating parts of the heat transfer element and the radial load caused by the pressure difference,and transmits the load to the support structure of the air preheater.This bearing has the function of centering.During the operation of the air preheater,there is a crisp hammering sound at the support bearing housing,the abnormal sound frequency is 10-16 times/revolution,and the rotation frequency of the air preheater is 1 r/min.This paper will seek a new maintenance process through disassembly inspection,and introduce in detail the causes and solutions of abnormal noise of air preheater support bearing housing.
