摘  要:为了解决机组冷态启动低压缸胀差偏大的问题,文章通过对胀差的分析,明确了胀差内涵。并结合实例,对胀差产生原因进行了分析。通过分析可知,主再热蒸汽、轴封汽温度、中压缸预暖及夹层加热不是胀差偏大的原因。而正暖高调阀开度、滑销系统与胀差偏大有着密切关系。要解决胀差偏大的问题,需要从暖高调阀开度、滑销系统这两个方面进行详细考虑。In order to solve the problem of large differential expansion of low-pressure cylinder in cold start of unit,through the analysis of differential expansion,the connotation of differential expansion is clarified in this paper.Combined with an example,the causes of differential expansion are analyzed.The analysis shows that the temperature of main reheat steam,shaft seal steam,pre heating of intermediate pressure cylinder and interlayer heating are not the reasons for the large differential expansion.The opening of positive warm high regulating valve and sliding pin system are closely related to the large differential expansion.To solve the problem of large differential expansion,it is necessary to consider the opening of warm and high regulating valve and sliding pin system in detail.
