摘 要:火电厂设备运行环境复杂,受到现场环境、人为因素、自然因素的影响,可能影响到状态检修的效果,无法及时发现设备故障。通过分析火电厂设备检修管理问题和技术问题,有助于提高火电厂设备运行的安全性和可靠性,降低发电厂的发电成本。文章主要分析了火电厂设备状态检修存在的数据综合管理、设备检修风险与决策、设备运行环境等问题,并从故障信息进行采集,确定设备检修管理原则,优化设备检修决策以及提高检修人员综合素质几个方面进行优化,可以大大提高火电厂设备状态检修管理水平。The operation environment of thermal power plant equipment is complex,which may affect the effect of condition based maintenance due to the influence of on-site environment,human factors and natural factors.By analyzing the management and technical problems of equipment maintenance in thermal power plant,it is helpful to improve the safety and reliability of equipment operation in thermal power plant and reduce the power generation cost of power plant.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in condition based maintenance of equipment in thermal power plant,such as data comprehensive management,equipment maintenance risk and decision-making,equipment operation environment and so on,and optimizes it from the aspects of fault information collection,determining equipment maintenance management principles,optimizing equipment maintenance decision-making and improving the comprehensive quality of maintenance personnel,It can greatly improve the management level of condition based maintenance of thermal power plant equipment.
