地方品种南丹白裤瑶蚕对高温多湿环境的适应性调查

摘　　要：南丹白裤瑶蚕可产平板丝,是广西南丹白裤瑶族群众自繁、自育、自用的家蚕地方品种,自南宋以来在相对封闭的环境饲养至今。研究南丹白裤瑶蚕的异地饲养性状,对该品种作为特殊家蚕种质资源的保护和科学开发利用以及丰富蚕丝文化等,都具有重要意义。为此,将采集的当地瑶蚕土种在春、夏、秋季分别设置高温多湿环境进行室内饲养,调查该品种的龄期经过、病死蚕率及4龄起蚕健蛹率等。结果显示:南丹白裤瑶蚕具有一定的耐高温能力,但对多湿环境的耐受能力不及现行实用强健性家蚕品种两广二号,适合在相对湿度低于90%的环境中饲养。Nandan white-trousers Yao silkworm can produce flat silk.This local silkworm variety is bred and used by the Yao nationality people themselves in Nandan,Guangxi,and which has been bred in the relatively closed area since the Southern Song dynasty.The study on the off-site feeding characteristics of Nandan white-trousers Yao silkworm is of great significance for the protection,scientific development and utilization of this variety as a special silkworm germplasm resource and enriching silk culture.Therefore,the collected local Yao silkworm native species were raised indoors in high-temperature and humid environment in spring,summer and autumn respectively.The age course,mortality and healthy pupa rate from the 4th instar of the variety were investigated.The results showed that Nandan white-trousers Yao silkworm had certain high-temperature resistance,but its tolerance to humid environment was not as good as the current practical and robust silkworm variety Liangguang 2.Nandan white-trousers Yao silkworm is suitable for feeding in the environment with relative humidity lower than 90%.
