摘  要:该研究针对拖拉机电液提升设备所用的压磁式力传感器进行了分析,设计了一种双十字轴对称式力传感器。改进传感器励磁磁芯结构并增加励磁磁芯的数量,增大了磁场偏置程度,实现了同时检测两个方向上的作用力,也实现了同时检测多个剪切面上的作用力,更加符合拖拉机电液提升设备的实际使用状况,提高了传感器灵敏度。建立了传感器磁路数学模型,并根据数学模型在MATLAB/Simulink中建立仿真模型,通过仿真和实验对传感器静态性能进行分析,验证了该传感器不存在因自身结构改进而产生零点漂移现象,得到了不同作用力下的传感器输出特性,验证了传感器磁路数学模型推导的正确性,显示出该传感器具有较高的灵敏度,能更好的适用于拖拉机电液提升设备。The magneto-elastic force sensor used in tractor electro-hydraulic lifting equipment was studied in the paper.A new structure force sensor,double cross shaft symmetrical structure force sensor,is proposed to solve existing problems.This force sensor was used to detect forces in two different directions and forces on multiple shear planes at the same time.This structure increased the level of magnetic field bias.It is more in line with the actual use of tractor electro-hydraulic lifting equipment.That means the sensitivity of sensor was increased.The mathematical model of sensor magnetic circuit was established.According to the mathematical model of magnetic circuit,the simulations of sensor were built in MATLAB/Simulink.The static performance of the sensor is analyzed by simulation and experiment,and the output characteristics of the sensor under different forces are obtained.It is verified that the sensor has no zero drift due to its own structure improvement.The results verify the correctness of the magnetic circuit mathematical model and structure derivation of the sensor,and show that the sensor has high sensitivity.Double cross shaft symmetrical structure force sensor can be better applied to tractor electro-hydraulic lifting equipment.
