摘 要:针对低流速下的液体超声多普勒流量信号微弱杂乱、难以测量的问题,提出一种使用多个接收通道采集数据、进行多重互相关运算的处理方法,可以在不改变有用信号特征的前提下滤除噪声干扰,提取有用信号。首先利用FFT谱分析方法测得当前信号的频率范围,然后以合适的时间间隔在多个通道上同时进行数据采集,最后采用多重互相关的方法对数据处理提升信号的信噪比,达到弱信号提取的目的。经仿真和实验验证:在多通道上采集超声多普勒流量信号,使用多重互相关函数的数据处理方法能有效地提高弱强度信号在强背景噪声中的信噪比,对提升和改进超声波多普勒流量计的性能有良好效果,有效扩展测量下限。In the environment of low flow rate,the liquid ultrasonic Doppler flow signal is weak and messy and difficult to measure.To solve this problem,a processing method that uses multiple receiving channels to collect data and perform multiple cross-correlation operations is proposed.Without changing the characteristics of the useful signal,the noise interference is filtered out and the useful signal is extracted.First,the frequency range of the current signal is measured by the FFT spectrum analysis method and then the data at the appropriate time interval is collected by multiple channels at the same time.Finally,the data is processed by multiple cross-correlation methods.The results verified by simulation and experiment explained:when processing the ultrasonic Doppler flow signal collected by multiple channels,multiple cross-correlation functions can effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio of weak signals in strong background noise.After the improvement,the performance of the ultrasonic Doppler flowmeter is effectively improved,and the lower limit of its measurement flow is extended.
