摘  要:针对传统复杂气象风险预警模型的预警方式以静态为主,较为单一的问题,构建基于时空大数据及无线传感网络的复杂气象风险预警模型。首先利用无线传感网络实现复杂气象时空大数据的传输,采用序列标注法和条件随机场模型,定向抽取所需复杂气象信息作为风险预警限值。其次将13种复杂气象因子依据预警等级及预警限值划分,计算不同等级复杂气象因子实测值隶属度函数,通过单因子权重确定综合权重。然后采用加权平均模糊合成法、预警分值法和概率分析法,根据权重获取复杂气象总风险值,最后采用隶属法结合风险值确定复杂气象综合预警等级,构建复杂气象风险预警模型。通过实证验证得出,该模型对复杂气象风险等级的预警准确性较好。Aiming at the traditional early warning methods of complex weather risk early warning models,which are mainly static and relatively single,a complex weather risk early warning model based on spatio-temporal big data and wireless sensor networks is constructed.First,the wireless sensor network is used to realize the transmission of complex meteorological spatio-temporal big data,and the sequence labeling method and conditional random field model are used to directionally extract the required complex meteorological information as the risk warning limit.Secondly,the 13 types of complex meteorological factors are divided according to the warning levels and warning limits,the membership functions of the measured values of the different levels of complex meteorological factors are calculated,and the comprehensive weights are determined by the weights of single factors.Then the weighted average fuzzy synthesis method,the early warning score method and the probability analysis method are used to obtain the total complex weather risk value according to the weight.Finally,the subordinate method is combined with the risk value to determine the complex weather comprehensive early warning level,and the complex weather risk early warning model is constructed.Through empirical verification,it is concluded that the model has better warning accuracy for complex weather risk levels.
