摘 要:水泥-水玻璃(C-S)双液注浆材料在工程中具有广泛的应用,但存在凝结快、成本高和耐水性差等问题。论文研究了粉煤灰、钢渣粉、矿渣粉等矿物掺合料对C-S注浆材料凝结硬化性能的影响,测试了C-S注浆材料的凝胶时间、固结体强度、耐水性能和孔隙率。结果表明:矿物掺合料由于其二次水化反应和填充效应,能够有效的延缓C-S注浆材料的凝胶时间、降低固结体的孔隙率和提高耐水性能。粉煤灰降低了固结体强度,钢渣粉和矿渣粉在掺量适宜时能够提高固结体强度。矿物掺合料引入C-S注浆材料具有一定的可行性。Cement-Sodium silicate double-liquid grouting material(C-S)was applied broadly in engineering,but some problems still existed such as quick-setting,high-cost and poor water resistance.The setting and hardening performance of C-S with fly ash,steel slag,slag was studied and the setting time,compressive strength,water resistance,porosity were tested.The results showed that due to the secondary hydration reaction and filling effect,mineral admixtures could retard the hydration,decrease the porosity and improve the water resistance.The compressive strength of C-S was reduced by fly ash,but the steel slag and slag improved the compressive strength with appropriate dosage.The incorporation of mineral admixtures in C-S was certainly feasible.
