摘  要:该文以自行车轮胎、小轿车轮胎和卡车轮胎三种废旧轮胎作为原料制备橡胶粉,对SK-70基质沥青和SK-90基质沥青进行改性,制备出六种不同种类的橡胶粉改性沥青。采用热重-质谱联用仪(TG-MS)对废旧轮胎胶粉的组成成分进行表征,探究不同组分橡胶粉性能的差异。采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对六种橡胶粉改性沥青的流变性能进行测试,分析废旧轮胎组分对沥青流变性能的影响。结果表明,自行车轮胎胶粉含有较多的丁基橡胶,小轿车轮胎胶粉含有较多的丁苯橡胶,卡车轮胎胶粉含有较多的天然橡胶。橡胶粉的加入可以提升沥青流变性能,含有较多丁苯橡胶和天然橡胶的小轿车轮胎和卡车轮胎胶粉改性效果更好。Six different kinds of rubber powder modified asphalt were prepared by modifying SK-70 base asphalt and SK-90 base asphalt from bicycle tire,car tire and truck tire as raw materials.Thermogravimetric mass spectrometry(TG-MS)was used to characterize the components of waste tire rubber powder,and to explore the difference of properties of different components of rubber powder.The rheological properties of six kinds of asphalt modified by rubber powder were tested by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),and the effect of waste tire components on the rheological properties of asphalt was analyzed.The results show that bicycle tire powder contains more butyl rubber,car tire powder contains more styrene butadiene rubber,truck tire powder contains more natural rubber.The addition of rubber powder can improve the rheological properties of asphalt,and containing more styrene butadiene rubber and natural rubber car tire and truck tire rubber powder modification effect is better.
