小鼠品系、性别及体重对猪丹毒活疫苗(G4T10株)安全性评价的影响

摘　　要：猪丹毒活疫苗(G4T10株)用小鼠进行安全性检验时存在结果不稳定的问题,通过对小鼠品系(C57BL/6N、ICR、KM、Balb/c)、性别及体重等因素的系统比较,研究其对商品化疫苗安全性检验结果的影响。结果发现,不同品系小鼠对猪丹毒活疫苗(G4T10株)的安全性检验结果产生影响,使用C57BL/6N小鼠相比其他品系小鼠结果稳定且符合质量标准要求;性别因素对其安全性检验结果无显著影响;ICR小鼠随着体重增加,安全性检验中死亡率降低,但是仍然不符合质量标准要求。研究结果推荐使用C57BL/6N小鼠进行猪丹毒活疫苗(G4T10株)安全性检验,为下一步质量标准修订提供参考了依据。Swine erysipelas live vaccine(G4T10 strain)is used in the safety test of mice with unstable results.In this study,we systematically compared the influence of common strains(C57BL/6N,ICR,KM,Balb/C),gender and body weight on the safety test results of commercial vaccine.The results showed that different strains of mice would affect the safety test results of swine erysipelas live vaccine(G4T10 strain).Compared with other strains of mice,the results of C57BL/6N mice were more stable and satisfied the requirements of quality standards.No significant differences between genders were observed in all strains.ICR mice were not qualified because of higher mortality during the safety test although it decreased with body weight increasing.In summary,C57BL/6N mice were recommended for safety test of swine erysipelas live vaccine(strain G4T10),and the results provided reference for further revision of quality standard.
