摘  要:鸭疫里默氏菌(RA)是影响水禽养殖业的重要病原菌之一。该菌感染水禽后特征性病变有纤维素性心包炎、肝周炎和气囊炎。毒力因子在细菌致病过程中起着重要作用,论文主要阐述了近年来鸭疫里默氏菌致病性相关的毒力因子外膜蛋白、脂多糖、荚膜多糖、TonB蛋白、TonB依赖受体TbdR1、铁载体相互作用蛋白SIP、分泌系统相关因子和调控相关因子等的研究进展,并探讨了今后的研究方向,以期为鸭疫里默氏菌病的诊断、防治和相关疫苗研制提供参考。Riemerella anatipestifer(RA)is one of the important pathogens affecting the waterfowl industry.The characteristic pathological lesions of infected ducks are fibrinous pericarditis,pericarditis and air sacculitis.Virulence factors play an important role in the pathogenic process of the bacteria.In the current review,we mainly described the virulence factors related to the pathogenicity of R.anatipestifer in recent years,including outer membrane proteins,lipopolysaccharide,capsular polysaccharide,TonB protein,TonB dependent receptor tbdr1,siderophore-interacting protein SIP,secretory system related factors and regulatory related factors.Furthermore,we discussed future research directions,which further provided scientific reference for the diagnosis,control and related vaccine development of RA.
