摘  要:为了解决伊敏露天矿扇形转向末期采场底部采煤半连续系统与内排土场排土台阶因推进度上不均衡造成的内排空间受限、边坡不稳定困难,采用了对采煤半连续系统工作线优化,即通过在半连续工艺系统原1^(#)主运输带式输送机上增设1条垂直的3^(#)带式输送机,实现采煤工作线推进方向90°转向的采矿技术方法(“L”形工作线),彻底解决了扇形转向末期内排空间紧张、边坡不稳等隐患。通过实践优化,并历经系统3次移设后,2021年系统优化后的采煤、内排推进度进一步均衡,内排空间得到快速释放、内排土场边坡趋于稳定。In order to solve the problems of limited internal dumping space and unstable slope caused by the unbalanced advancement between the semi-continuous system of coal mining at the bottom of the last stage of the fan shaped turn and the dumping steps of the inner dumping site in Yimin Open-pit Mine,the article adopts the optimization of the working line of the semi-continuous coal mining system by adding a vertical 3^(#)belt conveyor on the original 1^(#)main conveyor belt conveyor of the semi-continuous coal mining system,the mining technology method(“L”shape working line)to realize the 90°steering of the advancing direction of the coal mining working line,which has completely solved the hidden troubles such as the tight clearance space and unstable slope in the late stage of the fan-shaped steering.The results show that through practice optimization and three times setting of the system,the advance of coal mining in 2021 is further balanced,the space of the latter is released quickly and the slope of the latter tends to be stable.
