摘　　要：为总结板式给料机液压系统故障规律,提升故障处理效率,从板式给料机液压驱动部分的工作原理及控制方式入手,列举了该系统在使用中出现的故障,并分析了故障形成的原因。结果表明人为原因是导致板式给料机故障多发的主要因素。In order to summarize plate feeder hydraulic system fault,promote fault handling efficiency,this article analyze the working principle and control mode of plate feeder hydraulic driving part,cites the occurred fault in the use of this system,analyzes the causes of the failure.The results show that human reason is the main factors of causing plate feeder fault happen.
