摘 要:由于不可避免的产品召回、有关环境和可持续问题的立法政策等各种原因,逆向物流对汽车行业而言越来越重要。事实上,回收车辆的需求由于日益增长的环境问题比以往任何时候都更加受到关注。具有讽刺意味的是,没有多少汽车制造商拥有令人满意的逆向物流系统来回收和再利用退回的车辆。文中首先分析了研究意义和目的,然后根据我国汽车工业逆向物流发展的问题,运用SWOT分析方法列举了SWOT战略、ST战略、WO战略、WT战略、SWT战略和SO战略,最后结合我国汽车逆向物流业的特点,提出我国汽车逆向物流发展战略的具体实施方案。Reverse logistics has become more and more important to the automobile industry,owing to various reasons including unavoidable product recalls,legislative policy regarding environmental and sustainable issues,etc.In fact,the need for recovery of returned vehicles has been receiving more attention than ever before due to growing environmental concerns.Ironically,not many automobile manufacturers have a satisfactory reverse logistics system for recovering and reusing returned vehicles.This article first analyzes the significance and purpose of the research,and then uses SWOT analysis methods to list SWOT strategy,ST strategy,WO strategy,WT strategy,SWT strategy,and SO strategy based on the development of reverse logistics in our country s automobile industry.Combining with the characteristics of our country s automobile reverse logistics industry,it points out the specific implementation of our country s automobile reverse logistics development strategy.
