摘  要:目前,全球经济快速发展,公众消费水平、需求质量不断提升。因受到信息技术、市场竞争、不可抗力等外部因素的影响,餐饮企业根据市场需求变化,即消费者需求个性化、服务过程可视化等,从资源整合、一体化发展等方面着手,实行地域、品牌、平台、市场链接,推动供应链管理变革,以期提高消费者粘性与满意度,实现企业结构升级,进而推动以国内大循环为主体的双循环经济社会发展。At present,the global economy is developing rapidly,and the level of public consumption and the quality of demand are constantly improving.Due to the influence of external factors such as information technology,market competition,force majeure,etc.,catering enterprises have changed according to the market demand,i.e.consumer demand personalization,service process visualization,etc.,start with the integration of resources and the development of integration to carry out the combination of region,brand,platform and market,and push forward the reform of supply chain management,with a view to improving the stickiness and satisfaction of consumers,realizing the upgrading of enterprise structure,and further promoting the domestic large-cycle as the main body of the double-cycle economic and social development.
