摘 要:目的:检测耐碳氢酶烯类药物肠杆菌科细菌(CRE)肺炎克雷伯杆菌中的qacEΔl-sull基因,对此基因在CRE中的流行情况进行分析。方法:采用全自动微生物分析系统VITEK 2-COMPACT的鉴定卡和药敏卡对细菌进行鉴定和药敏试验,运用PCR扩增法对qacEΔ1-sul1基因进行扩增,并测序分析。结果:15株耐碳氢酶烯类药物肺炎克雷伯杆菌中有14株携带qacEΔl-sull耐消毒剂基因,检出阳性率为93%(14/15)。结论:该院重症监护室分离出的耐碳氢酶烯类药物的肺炎克雷伯肝菌耐消毒剂qacEΔl-sull基因的阳性率很高,这与qac基因家族多种化合物外排系统的表达有关,此研究结果应引起重症监护室医务人员和医院感染科的高度重视。Objective:To detect the qacEΔl-sull gene in carbapenem-resistant enterobacteriaceae(CRE)klebsiella pneumoniae,and analyze the prevalence of this gene in CRE.Methods:Bacterial identification and drug sensitivity tests were performed using fully automated and drug microbiological analysis system VITEK 2-COMPACT,PCR amplification were amplified the QacEΔl-sull gene and sequenced for analysis.Results:14 of 15 carbapenem-resistant enterobacteriaceae klebsiella pneumoniae carried qacEΔl-sull gene,and the positive rate detected was 93%(14/15).Conclusion:The high positive rate of the carbapenem-resistant enterobacteriaceae klebsiella pneumoniae disinfectant resistant qacEΔl-sull gene isolated by the hospital intensive care unit is associated with the expression of multiple compound efflux systems of the qac gene family,and the results should attract high attention from the intensive care unit medical staff and the hospital infection department.
