中小套住宅厨房的人性化设计与应用

摘　　要：厨房是住宅空间中的核心部分,在设计厨房时首先要考虑使用者是否使用方便、操作便捷。本文以城市中的住宅厨房为研究对象,根据其特点加以分析。把厨房空间从习惯,需求等各个角度出发,针对厨房中存在的问题,提出合理化的建议。对厨房的空间,包括布局,分区,环境等几个方面考虑,提出人性化的设计方案。最终目的是提出适合中国国情的中小套型住宅厨房空间设计方案。合理的厨房设计会为整个住宅提供舒适的环境以及居住条件,操作舒适的厨房环境将为使用者带来美好的生活体验和视觉享受。This paper takes the urban residential kitchen as the research object and analyzes it according to its characteristics. The kitchen space from the habit, demand and other angles, in view of the problems in the kitchen,put forward reasonable suggestions. To the space of the kitchen, include a few respects such as layout, partition,environment to consider, put forward humanized design plan. The final goal is to put forward the humanized design ideas of kitchen space of small and medium-sized apartment housing suitable for China’s national conditions。
